Prior to establishing Metratron Lawrence was serving as the Head of Digital COE & Global Process Ownership, Senior Director at Takeda, leading the Digital team within the Takeda Business Solutions Center of Excellence. Under his leadership, the implementation of robotic process automation (RPA) and artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities has resulted in significant productivity gains and saving ofapproximately 600k hours. Additionally, he served as the custodian of the end-to-end process GPO framework for finance and HR, further streamlining strategy operations and enhancing overall efficiency.

Lawrence has also held the position of Program Deliver Solutions  Senior Director at Takeda Business Solutions. During his tenure, he successfully established an end-to-end Program Delivery Framework, which allowed for the smooth transition of complex business processes into the GBS model. His strategic approach and thoughtful PMO model led to annual savings of over $5 million.

Before joining Takeda, Lawrence showcased his expertise as Director of Program Management, Business Technology Finance & Business Operations at Pfizer Inc. Here, he was responsible for finance IT program management, particularly focusing on mergers and acquisitions and the development of a finance system integration playbook. He played a crucial role in deploying major finance & IT programs and supporting financial shared services initiatives across US, Europe and APAC.
